   Worldwide financial reform is needed. This will be best accomplished nation by nation fueled by grassroots movements taking control of their governments and revising their laws to make war, and all kinds of bullying, illegal. Here in the United States we can attempt to Amend our Constitution directly. I would be interested from members in other countries how "the people" can change their country's law.

   In the United States the term "mobbing" is not in wide use nor much understood. I have recently come across it and have begun my study. Creating laws domestically and internationally to cause consequences for this evil activity is a strategy for moving the world toward peace.
